Quality Manager Responsibilities:
Responsible for product quality standards, quality systems and programs company wide.
Responsible for all ISO compliance, certification, and approval where applicable.
Create quality standards, sampling and testing procedures required for new products and existing products.
Apply lean manufacturing, process improvements, and 5S initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement cost saving initiatives.
Track and report continuous improvement projects.
Involved in CSA quarterly inspections and audits.
Oversee the CCRs or RMA’s process.
Audit and work with suppliers to ensure their quality systems are in line with ours, and hold them accountable to meeting their expected levels of performance.
Internal quality audits will be performed and metrics provided for process improvements.
Investigate non-conforming products or processes in operations and any customer concerns.
Responsible for evaluating processes and developing and training personnel on GMP.
Demonstrate forward thinking strategic and tactical quality initiatives.
Safety Officer Responsibilities:
Create, implement and maintain the Safety program by coordinating a safety team, enforcing safety protocols based on applicable regulatory agencies.
Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs. Ensure proper PPE is established for each department.
Knowledge/Experience:
5 years’ experience in a manufacturing leadership role in Quality (Quality Engineer, Quality Supervisor, Quality Manager, or similar).
4-year degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or similar field. (Required)
3 years of Quality experience in an ISO regulated environment, and experience obtaining ISO certification.
Proficiency in MS Office applications. (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong knowledge of drawing interpretation.
Strong organizational skills, strict attention to details.
Excellent communication abilities. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates; competent presenter.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Full-Time Schedule
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, plus bonus
SEES, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Production Manager to oversee all our machine shop operations. The ideal candidate will be a driven and experienced Machine Shop Manager with a passion for efficiency and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the machine shop.
Develop and implement production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products. Assign machine/employee responsibilities for optimum efficiency.
Track, report, and improve machining OEE using Shopfloor Automation software.
Ensure that safety procedures and regulations are followed by all team members.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives on production flow and resource alignment, process efficiency and effectiveness by using LEAN manufacturing & Six Sigma principles.
Provide training and mentorship to the team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective production processes.
Participate in product launch activities to ensure full team involvement when developing part processing/throughput.
Manage inventory of shop tooling while working with tool suppliers.
Ability to program and run special orders as needed.
Develop fixtures and holdings for mass production.
Create programs using MasterCAM or Fusion for the following equipment.
Lathes – Mazak, Mori Seiki, Tawkasawa
Mills – Vertical Mazak and Horizontal/Vertical
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in laser operation and programming is highly desirable.
10 years of experience in a production CNC machine shop environment producing precision parts, with at least 5 years in machine shop management.
5 years experience minimum programming CNC machines using MasterCAM.
Experience in implementing LEAN manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in measurement systems, gaging equipment, and Statistical Process Control methods.
Experience in implementing LEAN manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Physical - Must be able to lift 40lbs. on a repeated basis. Must be able to stand long periods of time on concrete flooring. Must be able to perform tasks that include bending, stooping, squatting, tightening bolts etc.

Responsibilities:
Utilize your expertise in operating and programming MAZAK laser cutting machinery to cut elevator parts, adhering to engineering drawings and specifications.
Load and unload sheets using the loader system.
Program and troubleshoot MAZAK laser cutting machines to maximize efficiency and maintain the highest standards of quality.
Diligently monitor the production process to swiftly identify and address any issues, including material inconsistencies or machine malfunctions.
Collaborate seamlessly with the production team to meet and exceed production schedules and deadlines.
Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in laser operation and programming is highly desirable.
Experience as a Laser Operator/Programmer, with a demonstrated proficiency in operating and programming MAZAK laser cutting machines.
Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings and blueprints.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy materials when necessary.

Qualifications:
Strong mechanical background.
Hold a welding certificate or at least one year of welding experience.
Experience with press-brake operation and simple machining (tapping, drilling, cutting, threading).
Forklift experience (certification a plus).
Candidate will have a very positive, team-oriented attitude yet be competent enough to function independently.
Ability to multitask and willingness to cross train in multiple areas (Amada Laser, waterjet and OTC robotic welder).
Must be capable to handle physical workload including lifting heavy objects up to 50 pounds.

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator with a highly-trained eye for quality that can work in industrial manufacturing, capable of assembling electrical and mechanical components and that can ensure that all parts are within tolerance, aligned and secured to meet our safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up and operate Laser using nesting software.
Set up and operate CNC Press Brakes
Operate Robotic Welder.
ForkLift certification and experience moving large sheet metal.
Sufficiency in record keeping, reading work orders, and blueprints.
Must be able to do basic shop math and measurements using calipers.
Ability to prepare necessary paperwork, read tape, scale and protractor.
Knowledge in sheet metal cutting, bending, and forming.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
At least 1+ year experience in a manufacturing setting, learning about manufacturing methods and procedures, and quality standards.
Technical school is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Use CAD/CAM software to program mill-turn machines, MasterCAM or Fusion.
Set up existing programs using Mazak Mazatrol and Mori CAPS machine side controls. Run parts as necessary.
Maintain revision control on programs and setup sheets.
Select optimal tooling and cutting speeds; feed for materials such as: aluminum, copper, stainless steel, titanium and Cold Rolled Steel.
Work with tooling suppliers to keep up with new technology and products.
Design work holding for production processes.
Make or offer suggestions on drawing changes to improve manufacturability.
Meet expectations for productivity and production goals.
Constantly keep products moving and alerting management when production is inhibited.
Provide consistent ideas for process improvements.
Skills:
6+ years of CNC programming experience using MasterCAM or Inventor/Fusion software.
Mazak machine programming experience is a must, Mori Seiki programming needed.
Experience with mill and lathe CNC machines, Horizontal and Vertical Mills, Pallet changers.
Work Environment:
