Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines to fabricate parts.

  • Load and unload materials, inspect per prints using calibrated tools.

  • Adjust programs and tools in order to produce quality parts.

  • Detect malfunction of the machine and report to supervisor/manager.

  • Follow production schedules and maintain high machine efficiencies.

  • Maintain a safe, organized and clean work environment.


Skills:

  • Must have working knowledge of CNC machines: Mazak, Mori Seiki, and Haas Lathes and Mills.

  • Proficiency using micrometers, calipers, tape measures, height/depth gauges, indicators, Allen wrenches and other measuring instruments.

  • Use of electrical testing equipment.

  • Ability to understand blueprints and written instructions.

  • 100% visual inspection of every part that is produced.

  • Conceptual Skills, Decision Making, Process Improvement.


Experience/Education:

  • High School Diploma.

  • At least 1+ year experience in a manufacturing setting, learning about manufacturing methods and procedures, and quality standards.

  • Use of Calipers: 1 year of experience.

  • Technical school is a plus.


Work Environment Demands:

  • Tolerate loud sounds and distracting noise levels.

  • Manage the risk exposure to hazardous equipment.

2 Full-Time Work Shifts Available:
Monday - Friday 1:00 - 9:30 PM or 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM

* Other shifts available or part-time.

*The first 4 weeks of employment, the person has to attend the early day shift to be trained and supervised by the manager.


Salary Range: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour, plus bonus.

Fabricator / Press Brake Operator

We are seeking skilled fabricators with a highly-trained eye for quality that can work in industrial manufacturing, capable of assembling electrical and mechanical components, and that can ensure that all parts are within tolerance, aligned and secured to meet our safety standards.


In this position, you’ll be exposed to some of the most high-tech welding and fabricating tools in use in the industry. You will learn new and more advanced methods for fabrication, and you’ll be able to help support our company’s vision of delivering products of the highest quality to our customers.


Responsibilities:

  1. Set up and operate Laser using nesting software.

  2. Set up and operate CNC Press Brakes.

  3. Operate Robotic Welder.


Skills, Other Requirements:

  1. ForkLift certification and experience moving large sheet metal.

  2. Sufficiency in record keeping, reading work orders, and blueprints.

  3. Must be able to do basic shop math and measurements using calipers.

  4. Ability to prepare necessary paperwork, read tape, scale and protractor.

  5. Knowledge in sheet metal cutting, bending, and forming.


Education and Experience

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D.

  2. At least 1+ year experience in a manufacturing setting, learning about manufacturing methods and procedures, and quality standards.

  3. Technical school is a plus.

Full-Time Day Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM


Salary Range: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour, plus benefits after 90 days.

We are currently seeking for hardworking candidates that would like to take the role of Electrical Assembler. You will be in charge of performing a variety of duties such as assembling parts to specifications, installing electrical components and sub-assemblies, adjusting, repairing, or replacing electrical component parts, cleaning parts and preparing finished products for shipment.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to repetitively lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds.

  • Previous experience with assembly tools and equipment.

  • Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, specifications, and to determine material requirements.


2 Full-Time Work Shifts Available:
Monday - Friday 1:00 - 9:30 PM

Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Salary Range: $12.50- $16.50 per hour, depending on experience and skills.

We are looking for new employees for our Distribution Warehouse.

You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as stocking shelves with products, picking and filling orders, packing boxes, wrapping pallets and participating in inventory prep and count.


Conditions:

Capable to handle physical workload.

  • Ability to repetitively lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to stay on foot for long periods of time.

  • Ability to continual stooping bending.

  • Ability to climb ladders while carrying packages or boxes.


Air-conditioning warehouse.

Multiple work shifts available:
Full-Time: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM - 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Part-Time: 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM - 2:00 to 6:30 PM

Salary Range: $13 - $15 per hour, depending on shift, experience and skills.
