We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist that would be primarily responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
Oversee the matching of purchase orders with packing slips and invoices.
Review and process all invoices for appropriate supporting documentation.
Code and enter invoices for payment with high accuracy.
Confirm pricing and quantities correct.
Generate 3 bi-weekly payment runs including check run, ACH run via NACHA upload and credit cards payment run.
Ensure timely payments to vendors with no errors.
Obtain all available discounts on invoices.
Monitor A/P Aging reports weekly.
Ensure all credit memos are entered in the system and vendor accounts are up to date.
Check all invoices for sales tax use and reporting.
Maintain RTVs and ensure timely completion.
Maintain accounts payable files and records for updated W9, insurance and licenses.
Reconcile vendor statements bi-weekly.
Act as primary liaison to vendors.
Respond to all vendor questions, regarding invoices, payments inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Process new vendor requests including credit applications.
Work hand in hand with accounting, company operations, and employees in the field.
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
High School Graduate.
Knowledge of Syspro Software is a plus.
Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
3-5 years’ experience.
General math skills.
Proficient knowledge in computer skills: MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook.
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.
Excellent data entry skills.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills.

Full-Time Shifts: Start time flexible between 8:00 AM & 9:00 AM for 8-hour shift with a 30 or 60-minute lunch break.
Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, plus bonus.
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Puller/Packer who will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as stocking shelves with product, picking and filling orders, packing boxes, wrapping pallets and participating in inventory prep and count.

We are seeking an experienced candidate to run our new Fabrication/Distribution Center in Irving, Texas. The equipment at this location will be an Amada 3.5KW CO2 Laser, Accupress Press Brake, Miller Mig Welder. Paint is 0 VOC airless spray system so no toxins or bad smell.
Responsibilities:
Manage the production of sheet metal cutting, bending, welding, painting, and final assembly of a range of elevator products.
Set up and operate laser to cut metal sheets.
Operate press brake machine to bend and form metal according to specifications.
Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques.
Provide direction and leadership to the department to achieve high quality, productivity and safety standards.
Ensure compliance to production schedules, process quality, efficiency standards, budget, inventory and data reporting.
Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience setting up and running an Amada Laser.
2+ years’ experience bending using a press brake.
2-5 years of shop floor management experience in fabrication (sheet metal, plastic injection, welding).
Strong leadership skills to deal with fellow employees in a positive, effective way.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with fork lift operation for material handling is a plus.
Work Environment
There will be the need to wear a lot of hats especially at the beginning as there will be some additional needs with supporting this operation while establishing all business systems and processes for this new location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up and operate Laser using nesting software.
Set up and operate CNC Press Brakes
Operate Robotic Welder.
ForkLift certification and experience moving large sheet metal.
Sufficiency in record keeping, reading work orders, and blueprints.
Must be able to do basic shop math and measurements using calipers.
Ability to prepare necessary paperwork, read tape, scale and protractor.
Knowledge in sheet metal cutting, bending, and forming.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
At least 1+ year experience in a manufacturing setting, learning about manufacturing methods and procedures, and quality standards.
Technical school is a plus.

Join our dynamic team as a CNC Programmer/Operator and work on cutting-edge Mazak and Mori Seiki turning machines to optimize machining operations.
Responsibilities:
Use CAD/CAM software to program mill-turn machines, MasterCAM or Fusion.
Set up existing programs using Mazak Mazatrol and Mori CAPS machine side controls. Run parts as necessary.
Maintain revision control on programs and setup sheets.
Select optimal tooling and cutting speeds; feed for materials such as: aluminum, copper, stainless steel, titanium and Cold Rolled Steel.
Work with tooling suppliers to keep up with new technology and products.
Design work holding for production processes.
Make or offer suggestions on drawing changes to improve manufacturability.
Meet expectations for productivity and production goals.
Constantly keep products moving and alerting management when production is inhibited.
Provide consistent ideas for process improvements.
Skills:
6+ years of CNC programming experience using MasterCAM or Inventor/Fusion software.
Mazak machine programming experience is a must, Mori Seiki programming needed.
Experience with mill and lathe CNC machines, Horizontal and Vertical Mills, Pallet changers.
Work Environment:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
