Opportunity to create products start to finish from sheet metal undergoing laser cutting, bending, welding, and painting processes.
Fabrication Responsibilities:
Strong mechanical background having prior experience with hand and power tools to clean, deburr, grind, drill, or tap parts.
Experience working with calipers to measure and locate parts typically within 0.015”.
Ability to read off a print and build of material to correctly orient and assemble parts prior to welding.
Requires use of clamps and fixtures to correctly locate and orient parts.
Working with the fabrication team to create fixtures and tools.
Use of surface conditioning tools (specialty belt sander, 5" sander, surface conditioning rotary) to develop technique for appearance grade stainless steel blending, polishing, and finishing to regrain to a #4 brushed finish (not mirror finishing).
Welding Responsibilities:
Candidates may be asked to weld during an in-person interview.
MIG welding 0.100" to 0.375" mild steel sheet (single pass in comfortable position).
MIG welding of waterproof rectangular boxes (tanks) made of 0.100" mild steel sheet (single-sided T-joint weld in a comfortable position requiring 48" of continuous weld).
TIG welding of 0.060" to 0.250" mild steel (all joint types in comfortable position).
TIG welding of 0.060" to 0.100" stainless steel (mostly fusing butt joint with minimal filler – for appearance only).
Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Salary Range: $23.00–$25.00 per hour
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Puller/Packer who will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as stocking shelves with product, picking and filling orders, packing boxes, wrapping pallets and participating in inventory prep and count.

SEES is hiring a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our team. You’ll work on assembling products, interpreting blueprints, conducting inspections, and handling a variety of tasks to ensure quality production.
Responsibilities:
Work with a team to assemble entire products or components.
Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, to determine material requirements or assembly instructions.
Assemble electrical components, sub-assemblies, wiring using rivets, bolts, soldering or stud-welding equipment.
Adjust, repair, or replace electrical or electronic component parts to correct defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
Position, align, or adjust work pieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly.
Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers.
Clean parts using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths.
Drill or tap holes in specified equipment locations to mount control units or to provide openings for elements, wiring, or instruments.
Assemble parts to specifications using drills, calipers, cutters, or saws.
Confer with supervisors or engineers to plan or review work activities or to resolve production problems.
Inspect or test wiring installations and assemblies for operation and record results.
Laser marking or engraving of stainless steel. Filling the engravings with epoxy for specific markings.
Conduct quality inspections on products and parts.
Prepare finished products for shipment.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
Utilize your expertise in operating and programming MAZAK laser cutting machinery to cut elevator parts, adhering to engineering drawings and specifications.
Load and unload sheets using the loader system.
Program and troubleshoot MAZAK laser cutting machines to maximize efficiency and maintain the highest standards of quality.
Diligently monitor the production process to swiftly identify and address any issues, including material inconsistencies or machine malfunctions.
Collaborate seamlessly with the production team to meet and exceed production schedules and deadlines.
Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Qualifications:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up and operate Laser using nesting software.
Set up and operate CNC Press Brakes
Operate Robotic Welder.
ForkLift certification and experience moving large sheet metal.
Sufficiency in record keeping, reading work orders, and blueprints.
Must be able to do basic shop math and measurements using calipers.
Ability to prepare necessary paperwork, read tape, scale and protractor.
Knowledge in sheet metal cutting, bending, and forming.
Education and Experience:

Join our dynamic team as a CNC Programmer/Operator and work on cutting-edge Mazak and Mori Seiki turning machines to optimize machining operations.
Responsibilities:
Use CAD/CAM software to program mill-turn machines, MasterCAM or Fusion.
Set up existing programs using Mazak Mazatrol and Mori CAPS machine side controls. Run parts as necessary.
Maintain revision control on programs and setup sheets.
Select optimal tooling and cutting speeds; feed for materials such as: aluminum, copper, stainless steel, titanium and Cold Rolled Steel.
Work with tooling suppliers to keep up with new technology and products.
Design work holding for production processes.
Make or offer suggestions on drawing changes to improve manufacturability.
Meet expectations for productivity and production goals.
Constantly keep products moving and alerting management when production is inhibited.
Provide consistent ideas for process improvements.
Skills:
6+ years of CNC programming experience using MasterCAM or Inventor/Fusion software.
Mazak machine programming experience is a must, Mori Seiki programming needed.
Experience with mill and lathe CNC machines, Horizontal and Vertical Mills, Pallet changers.
