SEES is looking for a motivated and reliable Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our Irving, Texas location. This position plays a key role in supporting warehouse logistics, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth flow of day-to-day distribution and production tasks. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Customer Store/Will Call pick-up. 

• Help customers determine what parts they need, place the order, and deliver the parts to the customer.

• Maintain Store stock, hospitality bar, and look and cleanliness. 

• Follow up with customers to pick up orders called in. 

• Supervise staff for picking, packing, shipping products, and restocking. 

• Lead and direct distribution and production employees, overseeing their training, performance, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Supervise inventory, cover store operations when Sales/CSR staff are absent, and handle building openings and closings in coordination with production, sales, customer service, and purchasing. 

• Implement quality guidelines.

• Manage small packages and pallets and oversee the EDI system, daily reporting, and end-of-day processes.

• Recommend operating procedures, promote continuous improvement, enforce safety initiatives, maintain a clean workplace, and build departmental performance standards.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration from the US, certificate in Warehouse Safety. 

• At least six months of experience in warehouse duties such as shipping and receiving operations.

Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary: $67,517
