SEES is looking for a motivated and reliable Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our Irving, Texas location. This position plays a key role in supporting warehouse logistics, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth flow of day-to-day distribution and production tasks. Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of Customer Store/Will Call pick-up.
Help customers determine what parts they need, place the order, and deliver the parts to the customer.
Maintain Store stock, hospitality bar, and look and cleanliness.
Follow up with customers to pick up orders called in.
Supervise staff for picking, packing, shipping products, and restocking.
Lead and direct distribution and production employees, overseeing their training, performance, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Supervise inventory, cover store operations when Sales/CSR staff are absent, and handle building openings and closings in coordination with production, sales, customer service, and purchasing.
Implement quality guidelines.
Manage small packages and pallets and oversee the EDI system, daily reporting, and end-of-day processes.
Recommend operating procedures, promote continuous improvement, enforce safety initiatives, maintain a clean workplace, and build departmental performance standards.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Business Administration from the US, certificate in Warehouse Safety.
At least six months of experience in warehouse duties such as shipping and receiving operations.
Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced candidate to run our new Fabrication/Distribution Center in Irving, Texas. The equipment at this location will be an Amada 3.5KW CO2 Laser, Accupress Press Brake, Miller Mig Welder. Paint is 0 VOC airless spray system so no toxins or bad smell.
Responsibilities:
Manage the production of sheet metal cutting, bending, welding, painting, and final assembly of a range of elevator products.
Set up and operate laser to cut metal sheets.
Operate press brake machine to bend and form metal according to specifications.
Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques.
Provide direction and leadership to the department to achieve high quality, productivity and safety standards.
Ensure compliance to production schedules, process quality, efficiency standards, budget, inventory and data reporting.
Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience setting up and running an Amada Laser.
2+ years’ experience bending using a press brake.
2-5 years of shop floor management experience in fabrication (sheet metal, plastic injection, welding).
Strong leadership skills to deal with fellow employees in a positive, effective way.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with fork lift operation for material handling is a plus.
Work Environment
There will be the need to wear a lot of hats especially at the beginning as there will be some additional needs with supporting this operation while establishing all business systems and processes for this new location.
Full-Time Schedule
Salary Range: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
